CUBE TLS Handshake failure

I've getting the following error on an inbound call on my CUBE:

%SIP-2-TLS_HANDSHAKE_FAILED: TLS handshake failure

Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this? I thought I'd followed the instructions for setting up SIPS.

I'm on IOS-XE 17.03.03

It could help us help you if you where to actually describe what you have done to setup SIPS? Sharing the running configuration is also a great thing to do as that would give us the possibility to verify your setup and removes the guess work out out the cycle.

That is a dense and useful document. The only problem I've got is that the "openssl s_client" command isn't working. I'm wondering if it's due to some of the CUBE security enhancements.

I tried adding my IP address to "ip address trusted list" section but I still can't connect.
