CUBE to Service Provider SIP Trunk

We have below call flow

 

CUCM>>(SIP)>>CUBE ISR3441 >> (SIP) >> Service Provider.

 

Service provider tested the connection, Please check in the screenshot.

 

CUBE IP : 192.168.3.50

Service Provider IP: 192.168.3.1

 

please suggest the configuration.

I have configured rest invoirnment except SIP between service provider and gatewat. I am receiving the calls on but it is getting disconnected after 20 sec and only one direction sound.

 

This is my gateway configuration.

Sorry, but with the information given there is no way that anyone can help you out with this. Advice you to seek help from a experienced and reputable systems integrator with a specialization in Cisco Unified Communication.

Check with the ITSP the configurations that them support. (dial-plan, type of media offer, sip-header configurations and so on..)

Hi,

 

Based on the bit of info you’ve supplied, it looks like you need to configure your CUBE to register with your ITSP. 

You (or your Cisco partner) will need to work with your ITSP to determine the exact configuration requirements to get the trunk operational. Generally you need registration and authentication configuration for successful inbound and outbound calls.
