CUC 10.5 Web inbox message downloads

I need to download some voicemail messages from the web inbox but the download button isn't coming up. Where would I go to get that to come up?

Hi Jacob,

If you've highlighted the message you want to download and then "right clicked" on it and it's not available for download then it must be a secure message. Secure messages are not able to be downloaded.

If the message was secure, wouldn't the lock be next to it though?
