Hi All,
We have CUCM / CUC 8.5 and we are getting a problem whereby when a Voicemail user deletes a voicemail, it does not appear in the deleted items folder in their Web Inbox. They can see it in the inbox but whether they delet it via the phone or the Web Inox, it is not moved to the deleted folder.
I have checked the message ageing policy is enabled and the 'Permanently Delete Messages in the Deleted Items Folder' option is enabled and is set to 15 days. Therefore my understanding is that any messages which are deleted via phone or web inbox should be moved to the deleted items folder and stay there for 15 days?
Can anyone help / advise?
Thanks.

Hi there,
Just to clarify one point here, are the deleted messages available via the phone/TUI?
Cheers!

Hi Rob, thanks for your response. Can you advise how I could check on the phone / TUI?
