Hi ,

Here is the kicker. Have a CUC 8.6.2 that was improperly powered off and now when we login, we get a database communication error on the GUI.

We had to use the recovery CD to recover CUCM but CUC does not give us that option to recover and the last backup was taken last year.

Any Help will be greatly appreciate since I dont have any AA.

Is this a single server? or a cluster.? and are you aware that you can configure backup schedules?

Are you able to SSH into the box at all?
