CUC and CUCM sql statement

Hi all;

i'd like to have your advice in sql commands for CUC and CUCM, i need to run some querys from the databases but the documents i had been reading about that dont say the correct name of databases and tables ( I now those are examples), so I tryid to run the run sql show databases and run sql show schemas but non of those command works, i get A sysntax error has occurred.

If some of you know what are the exact commant that show me the names of the databases and tables of each database?

or is there a software for that cisco system that help me to do the querys?
