CUC auto attendant failed to ransfer to cucm DN

We have a setup of cucm and cuc 12.5. we have auto attendant for PSTN calls. dial # or cucm local number. Problem is auto attendant cant transfer the call. It always say "you cannot be transferred to this number etc..." I already checked " Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers"

Check if the Voicemail ports has proper CSS to reach the extensions.

Update: what happens now is that the call loop to auto attendant greeting if we enter the local number directly. though it works fine when using caller input.

I dint understand that. so u mean when trying to dial  any extensions from AA, you get the call handler greeting ?
