CUC - Automatic caller input

Hello,

 

We are running CUC 9.1.2.11900-12.  We have two servers.  What is being noticed is, when user attempts to access voicemail through IP phone, it appears as though unity is entering the caller input.  Users have reported messages being deleted, replayed, speed change without entering anything.  Issue is reproducable everytime.

 

CUC is integrated to CUC through SIP.  At first it was thought the issue was with one user, but its looking like its company wide.

If anyone has ecnountered this issue or has any troubleshooting steps please let me know.

Servers have been rebooted and SIP trunk was reset.  We deleted an recreated an account aswell.

I think first thing to do is

I think first thing to do is DB replication status between CUC nodes.

 

From CLI apply this command.

utils dbreplication status

The check the generate file.

file view activelog cm/trace/dbl/sdi/####file-name#####

 

You can share the file as well to at it. Ideally replication status should be 2 for good replication
