CUCE 8.6 and extension length

Hi all guys.

I have a CUCME 8.6 and CUCE 8.6. I'm using an Auto Attendant with basic script (Thanks for calling XX, if your know the extensión number please enter it now).

I have phones with 3 (1XX) and 4 (7XXX) extensión length. Can I configure the script to accept to enter an extensión of 3 or 4 digits?

I have permited only 3 digits in the extensión length, if I chage to 4 digits, then I cannot call phones with 3 digits.

Hi David,

If you have set the extension length to 4, then while dialing 3 digit extensions you can press # after dialing the digits so that the system wont wait for the next digit.

Just a question, is it posible to configure something like: Extensión Length: <=4 ?

Thats because user culture, they want to enter 3 o 4 digits and the system do the trasfer.
