Hi Guys,
My Customer have the solution with CUCM 10.5.2 and We are having the follow problem related Corporate Directory:
1) When I access the corporate directory and put the name appear the extension, it worked fine;
2) When I try found the name based the number I have two situations:
a) If is create in the AD only extension, I put the number appear the name, worked fine
b) if is create in the AD the complete number (We are using the standard E.164) and I put only 04 digits I see the IP Phone display the message: "without corresponding records"
My doubt is, only will work if I create in AD the extension?

Hi Wilson,
Did you do forced (manual) sync after you created the AD account?
I tested this on my lab and did not get that error. However, please see my findings:
> The corporate directory only looks from the CUCM end user page.
> When searching using the extension number:
a.) Name and Phone will show if you there is "Telephone Number" filled out.
> Telephone Number filled in End User is mapped to TelephoneNumber in your AD, or check whatever
mapping you have on your CUCM AD settings.
System -> LDAP -> LDAP Directory -> "Phone Number" <-> "TelephoneNumber"
b.) Name will only show if you put on either "Home Number", "Mobile Number".

Thanks a lot for Your contact. Answering Your question, is, I forced the resync in LDAP, but, didn´t worked.

Hi Florence,
If the Analyst configure in AD the number complete (standard E.164) without space worked if Dialed the complete number, but, If I try search the name putting only extension, didn´t worked.
