CUCM 10.5.2 SU3 CLUSTER "SPLIT BRAIN" PROBLEM

All,   We recently upgraded a three server CUCM cluster to 10.5.2 SU3. Since then we noticed that a phone will be listed as registered on only one of the two subs, and listed as "none" or unregistered on the other sub. As a phone can talk with only one sub at a time.  Connectivity between both servers in the cluster is fine. All services are up. Everything worked before the upgrade.  Any ideas???

Thanks....

You can sometimes fix this by rebooting the RIS DB service on all three servers (non-service impacting) but usually a full cluster reboot is required to fix this.

James,

I restarted the RIS DB on all three servers via the Serviceability GUI and it fixed the problem!

Thanks and have a great Cisco day.
