CUCM 10.5 - CDR not working

Hello,

We upgraded CUCM from version 8.5 to 10.5.  We are noticing that CDR is not working.  Services have been turned on and Flag is set to true in Service Parameters.

when the popup window appears (see snap shot), I see the following error "Currently CAR loader is Disabled"

If anyone has encountered this issue or have any troubleshooting steps.  Please let me know.

The error very clearly says to enable CAR loader.

Go to CUCM Serviceability>Tools>CDR Analysis and Reporting

(the new page will open)

On the new page - Go System>Scheduler>CDR load> uncheck disable CDR load

check the continous loading checkbox according to below screenshot.
