Hi,

I trying to integrate with Alcatel PBX over Qsig as I don't have SIP license in Alcatel. My question is callback feature supported over qsig to alcatel pbx?

I am getting this message from the phone "callback cannot be activated on xxxx"

Regards,

Looks like it is not configured properly for QSIG  as it does not "understand"

FACILITY request.

I got these details.

Cisco is sending

Oct 30 09:29:02.040: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> SETUP pd = 8  callref = 0x0011
        Sending Complete

                Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
        Called Party Number i = 0x80, '45511'
                Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

and Alcatel send

Oct 30 09:29:02.076: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- CALL_PROC pd = 8  callref = 0x8011
        Channel ID i = 0xA8
                Exclusive, Channel 64

CCM is sending the Invalid information element, because Alcatel sends A8 instead of AC.

First, which call you try to investigate?

Your first trace shows a CCNR attempt when calling from Alcatel to Cisoc and tje latest one shows a call from Cisco to Alcatel.
