Hello Everyone, We recently migrated our CUCM 10.5 VM from a BE7000 server to a HyperFlex cluster. The CUCM VM was fully licensed and was working without issue before the migration. Now the CUCM VM license status shows that the system is using an expired DEMO license. When I try to reinstall the original license the installer is telling me that the file is either invalid or corrupt. Has anyone experienced something like this before? How can I re-activate the original license?
Thanks in advance for any assistance!

The license is tied to PLM node (PLM can be co-located with other app VM) MAC address and it is recommended to have your PLM VM hard coded with static MAC address, so that when you move the VM you do not invalidate the license. If you know what the PLM VM MAC address was you can try to change it back to it. Alternatively you can open ticket with licensing@cisco.com to have it re-hosted.
