I started looking at my Call Management Records in CUCM 10.5. I am getting information like Record Type and Call ID info, but the performance counters are blank. The information I want is Packets Sent / Received, Jitter, Latency, etc. These fields are not '0', they are empty.
I set the "Call Diagnostics Enabled' parameter to 'Enabled Regardless of CDR Enabled', and CDRs are enabled.
What other configuration is needed?
Most of my phones are SIP, 88XX running firmware 12-5-1. Most calls are to/from the PSTN through CUBE to the ITSP. But even internal phone to phone calls don't show the CMR performance data.
I have searched the documentation, any ideas?
Thanks, Randy

The problem was that 'Load CDR Only' was checked in CAR tool under System > Scheduler > CDR Load
