CUCM - 10.5 - Remote Destination Profile Issue

We are working with a Client in setting up RDP. After we created RDP when calling the physical extension the call is not be routed to the cell phone(remote number). Can anyone assist with this?

The call will give me the error of call cannot be completed as dialed.
verified the time schedule is working correctly
This RDP is the only setup in there system

I will check the RTMT to see if the redirect is leaving CUCM

Can you do a dial number analyzer in Serviceability for us. Use the DN calling the 609 number.

Definitely sounds like a routing issue to me.
