CUCM 11.0.1 Adding Prefixes To Call History

I did this and it didn't change anything, is this really supposed to work?

Set the Incoming Calling Party National Number Prefix setting in Call Manager service parameters, advanced - to 91

Or do I have to add translation patterns like I have seen in Cisco documentation?

Thanks!

Hi,

Please note that the number would have to be classified as National Number in order

for this configuration to work.

This parameter allows you to prefix specified digits to the calling number of an inbound call on the basis of the Type of Number field in an inbound offered call that gets terminated at an IP Phone

I would suggest you to go with Translation and Transformation.

That's the reason the parameter didn't work, SIP doesn't have numbering plan/type implemented, that only works if you're using a PRI.

It is Cox Communications SIP trunk.
