Hi,

I want to make the phone with pin, the idea is to use just from that person who knows the pin.

Because many phones has access on a international calls, so many collegues use the phone of colleagues.

You have two options to this situation.

1. Use Extension Mobility - Each user will have his phone profile which his
DNs. The profile will be access with userID and PIN
2. If you need to protect call routing only, you can create per-user FAC
PIN. Each user will be requested a PIN when match a route pattern with FAC
enabled. Only users higher than required authorization level will be able
to make calls. You can generate CDR report from CAR which includes FAC PIN
and that way you findout who is calling what.
