CUCM 11.5.1SU2 RISDB showing None but phone works fine

I’ve got a 3 subscriber cluster 11.5 SU2 (11.5.1.14900-11) with about 3,500 phones. I’ve got a handful of about 300 phones that are working, no problem. I can call them, they can call me. However under Device > Phone I see them not showing an IP address and show None. Any thoughts on why they show None instead of an ip address via RIS DB ?

Did you try restarting Restarting RIS data collector ?
