i have CUCM 11.5 and nagios 

i would like to supervise critical services on cucm  is it possible using Nagios

Yes, you can start with SNMP to retrieve info from CUCM: Cisco Unified CM SNMP.

For more "detailed" information, you could implement Nagios plugins to utilize the CUCM AXL interface. AXL can give you a lot more info than SNMP.
