Hi, I am trying to configure roughly about 800 phones for a new migration and I am having issues when trying to Import/Export configuration to add new DNs to some of these phones.
I created a CSV file which contains the right header for the Phone Button Template field and I have entered the correct values for each PBT on each case.
When I run the BAT configuration import to these phones (I am overwriting the configuration too), the second line is added to the phone, however, the phone button template is not updated. All I see on the BAT output when I run the file is the following:
