Hi Aniket,

As per my understanding and according to the snap you want to check for the IOPS for the specific version.

As rightly mentioned by Jonathan, IOPS will vary depending upon the activity in your cluster like : sending data to billing servers, collecting logs, backups.

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/virtualization/virtualization-cisco-unified-communications-manager.html#iops

Also IOwait indicates high disk I/O activities, The number of CPUs you have affects your percentage

I have seen high Iowaits causing issues, High Iowait can be due to several reasons : Hardware, db etc.

Anything over and above 25-30 % should be a concern.

You can use the perfmon tool to isolate and troubleshoot further.

Thanks & Regards

This is, to some extent, implementation/load-dependent. The only data I am aware of Cisco publishing on this front is here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/virtualization/cisco-collaboration-virtualization.html

For example, clicking on CUCM shows some IOPS related data at the bottom of the page:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/virtualization/virtualization-cisco-unified-communications-manager.html#iops
