Customer has new installation of CUCM on version 11.5.1.12900-21.
Customer is saying, and I have confirmed, that you cannot conference from any phone. Also, MOH gives beeps instead of streaming audiot.
Streaming media services are up. MRGs/MRGLs are correct and assigned. No firewalls/ACLs. Problem occurs with both internal and external calls. All calls are G711, but Transcoders are available.
This is simple stuff, and should work, but it isn't. Has anyone seen this? We're going to open a TAC case, but thought it might be good to check and see if anyone else has seen this.

Have you checked the basics?
IPVMS running, restarted the service
Made sure service parameters for IPVMS are enabled
resources show up as registered?

Yes, we rebooted the entire cluster. Service is running.
Resources are showing as registered.
Service parameters are set at defaults, which have always worked in the past.
Yes, the basics have been checked.
