Does anyone out there have a running deployment of Verint 11.x and CUCM 11.5.x?
We plan upgrading from CUCM version 9.1.2.x to 11.5.x but we need to be sure that we won't have recording issues on that version. Noted that BIB bridge does fail every now and then on current version (with one way audio, missed packets etc - especially on SCCP devices).
We just need assurance that we won't have much issues should we upgrade to 11.5, any help in this regards shall be appreciated. Live experience is better than words (documents).
