CUCM 11.x Conference Now Feature not working

Hi, I am using CUCM 11.x and trying to install "Conference Now" feature. I am not able to access my own conference meetings but I can join others meeting numbers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Muzaffar,

Do you get a beep when you try to host the conference or a fast busy. Is this happening for internal or external calls.

If you are getting a fast busy for Internal Calls please check the following:

1)  Check if the Enable End User to Host Conference Now check box is checked in the User Management -> User/Phone Add -> Feature Group Template page.

2) Check if the software IVR is part of the MRGL in the device pool.

If you are getting a fast busy for External Calls please check the following:

1) Check if the software IVR/Transcoder is part of the MRGL in the device pool.

when I dial conference now internally it just drops the call.
