CUCM 12.5 Backup Failure - Question about cleaning up disk space

Hi all,

I am relatively new to managing cucm and have just inherited this CUCM setup for my company. The backup keeps failing with this error:

Result Code : 116-SFTP transfer failed during Backup. Either there is not enough disk space or network transfer failed due to interuption while transferring data to configured SFTP Server
Result String : ERROR

So after getting into the CLI I checked the disk space:Capture.PNG

I assume that this is the issue. My question is, How do I properly cleanup these disks? I cannot seem to find proper documentation on this.

Thanks in advance.

No, you're looking at the wrong place, backups are done in SFTP servers, and the message says so: while transferring data to configured SFTP Server

It's the SFTP server where you need to look at.

Go to your DRS config and find out where you're sending the backup to free up space.
