Simple answer to this is no one would be able help you with this as it’s a none supported deployment by Cisco. Please read up on the topic of supported platforms for UC systems.
You may want to check out the Webex Calling features if you are focussed on moving to the cloud. They're still not as fully featured as Call Manager, but you may get away with it depending on your deployment.
