Hi,
We currently have CUCM 4.1 and we bought NFR CUCM 7.1.3. With the DMA tool I was migrate data and licenses and upload these data on Cisco web to generate license.
Then I upload generated license on CUCM and now I have active Phone and Node licenses, but the status of Software License is missing.
Whether someone has an idea where it could be a problem.

You will still need the 7.x software license. Upgrading from 6.x first and then to 7.x will not change that.

DMA will not issue you a 7.x software license. You must purchase or obtain the 7.x software license via the product upgrade tool. I don't think the not for resale software will include a legit software license either.

We have CUCM 6.1.3 also.
Can I migrate license for it, and then upgrade CUCM to 7.1.3?
