Hi,

 

I tried to install cucm 4.3, during the installation I faced cisco directory error as the attached photo? anyone have a experience to complete the installation

Just out of curiosity why are you installing CUCM 4.3 which is 12+ years old?  Current latest release of CUCM 12.0. 4.X was Windows based on Windows 2003 OS (Cisco stripped down Windows) which might be hard to locate. Do you have correct OS installed?

Hi Chris,

 

I have site has cucm 4.3 and have some problems in the publisher and need to install another server from scratch, and faced the attached error during the installation.
