Hello, 

 

I have a CUCM ver 4.3 and have some problems that outlined below:-

- Can’t access publisher call manager?  How can I reset publisher server’s password?

but I can access subscriber server.

- When I try to make forward, I got database error message on phone.

How can I solve above issues?

I appreciate your support,

 

the publisher is still running and I can access the windows OS 2003, but forget the password of web GUI for call manager, and need to reset the password. for your information I can access the subscriber web interface.

If I have done reset the pub password, Should I reset the subscriber or not?

Finally,  If you have documentation about integration this call manager with Tiger system? kindly provide a link?

The applications password is the same for the Pub and Sub, so it's very odd that you are unable to access the Pub admin.  Are you doing it from a web browser on your machine or directly from IE on Windows server?

I tried directly from IE on Windows server, and when I change configuration on device phone such as line number by subscriber server, it can't update the phone itself. 

Interesting, if there is an issue with database replication you would have gotten SQL error on the Sub when making the change. You should check your SQL database replication, you can just google for CallMananager 4.1 as it was the same and you'll find much more links on that version.

Are you also positive the servers you are logging into are part of the same cluster and not separate clusters altogether?  Under System --> Servers do you see both of them listed there?
