I have a system whereby the S/W was only installed on one "half" of the cucm. I need to have it on both so I can switch versions. How do I resolve this?Do I switch versions on the the non-working half and then install the sw/a again ? - many thanks
Switch version is not designed to work as a backup. Switch version is revert to a previous version. So, if you would like to have this option available, you should download the latest SR/ES for the version you have an install that on the box. That would give you the option of switch version to the current version that you have.
