CUCM 5.2 - CAR and reports

Many of our report entries list _unspecifieduser, apparently as a result of devices that do not have a configured Owner User ID. Is there an efficient way to identify these devices and assign ID's to them? Thanks!

I dont know about CCM 5.2

But that field was created in 4.X to overcome

CAR limitation for multiple users using same Phone. That situation generated missing records in reports.
