CUCM 6.1.1 limit call transfers to internal only

In the process of testing our new install, I found we are not limiting the call transfers to internal phones only.

Is there a way to do this other than by limiting the CSS that the user can call out on? Currently, the transfers appear to only be limited by the CSS that the user is assigned to be able to call out.

if you want to prevent off-net to off-net transfer configure this CCM service parameter:

Block OffNet To OffNet Transfer

Of course the GW's need to be configured accordingly to make the calls as from offnet

if you mean internal to internal only CSS can do that.
