CUCM 7.0 NIC Teaming (outage)

Hello,

I was just wondering if I enable the NIC teaming on CUCM 7.1 server will there be an outage? if so, for how long? This server is in production and I would like to minimize the downtime.

Hi,

Yes , when you apply the "set network failover enable" command there will be an outage for 10 -30 seconds

TRy to schedule this for a low usage priod or a maintenance window
