CUCM 7.0 Personal Directory

I looked through this forum but didn't find the answer.

Is it possible for CUCM 7.0 to display on IP Phone 7942/62/75 a name from Personal Directory instead of phone number for incoming call from PSTN?

I believe you can enter the PSTN number and the name of the associated company/user and when that number comes in, then the name should display

[mayorovsv]

I have tried but unsuccessfully
