I have tried to find CUCM install DVD for version 7.1.2-10000-16 to recover and upgrade a system, and not able to find.

Do you know how to get?

On Cisco.com, you will only find non-bootable images only.

You will have to order it. For ordering related query best place is to open case at cisco.com/go/ph
