CUCM 7.1.3 and openLDAP-Authentication

Hi community,

I want to configure ccmuser-authentication to our openLDAP-directory. The synchronisation works perfect, but the authentication fails. I had tested some attribute types of the attribute "userPassword" and see, that authentication only works, if the password is SHA-encrypted.

Unfortunately there are all user passwords md5-encrypted in our LDAP. The only option may be, that every user set his password again and we save it as a SHA-key... which is not very awesome.

Is there any documentation, possible (hidden) setting or workaround to get our CUCM using MD5?

Thanks a lot for your hints.

Greetings,

Chris

Unfortunately all the settings you have for the LDAP authentication are the ones you see when you configure it, there is no way to modify what you're asking.
