CUCM 7.1(3) Call Pickup issue

Hi

Wondering if anyone else has had issues with call pickup using CUCM7.1? Intermittantly users are unable to pick up a call within their group, other users can pickup the call no problem.

I configured the pickup group in the null partition and the issue seems to have cleared. I noticed a thread going back to 2001 (CM4.1) that had a very similar issue.
