What Role would i need to add to an end user, to give them rights to import BAT files?
I do not want to give the user full super user rights

I'm not sure if there's any pre-built role for this. But you may built a customized role.
Go to CUCM Admin > User Management > Role > Add New > Choose "Cisco Call Manager Administration". Then you'll see quite a few privileges begin with "Bulk".
Hope this helps.

Michael,
thanks for your reply, i was aware that i could create a new Role & apply it through a new user group.
I was trying to find out if which existing admin role would cover BAT.
Cheers

There's no role *just* covers BAT.
If you don't want to give too much permission to the user, you have to fine tune it yourself.

I wasn't looking for a role to just cover BAT!
I wanted to know which existing roles it was included in.
But it is sorted now, i have created a new role/user group & applied it to the user

"CCM Super User" covers BAT if that's what you were asking. But I guess not.
