We have CUCM 7.1.3 installed one year back and everything worked fine. Suddenly, one odd day, 'caller name' vanished from called phones. Also, caller cannot see the called party name while in ringing or connected state.
Any guess, what could have screwed this up?

Try reloading before worrying. That is also a good occasion to install the latest Service Patches.

We have done the following:
-Rebooting the cluster
-Update the latest Service pack
-Rebuilt the publisher from the backup
-UPGRAGED to CUCM 8.5.1
STILL.....there is no caller name.
Is there any global service/enterprise parameter that someone might have changed and it let to this problem?
