Please share any doc if you have one.

Thanks in advance..

Hi Sargam,

It is just like building a new server in the cluster.you need to follow below instructions:

a. Is First Node in cluster ? Select "NO".

b.You need to enter same credentials  like Security password, application username/password and Platform username/password?

c. Enter the same Hostname ,IP address, Mask, Gateway  and DNS/NTP(if configured) as configured in faulty subscriber.

d. No need to add any licenses in this server.

Hello Aman,

Thanks for the answer.

Do we also need to do a backup of the old server and restore it back on the new one or would the new one take the configuration from the remaining servers upon the completion of the database replication?

Sargam Patne

Hi Sargam,

You can take the backup only from Publisher. Also, restore to Publisher.

To be on safe side, just take the backup from DRS from Pub.

After u configure and add the Subscriber  in cluster, automatically it would replicate.Make sure u do not select FIRST Node.

Which CUCM version u are using?

Hello Aman,

We are currently using CUCM version 7.1.5

Hi Sargam,

U can use command utils dbreplication runtimestate to check dbreplication after server is added. Wait for an hour to check DBReplication status.
