CUCM 7.1.5 - View CDR data in DRS Backup

Hello,

I am running CUCM 7.1.5 and have a need to review CDR data from 6 months back. Does anyone know how to view the CDR data from a DRS backup without having to restore the entire server?

Hi,

It is not possible to read the CDR information directly from the TAR file of the DRS backup. This is an encrypted file to be used only for recovery purposes. You can build a server in the lab with similar hostname / ip addr / dns settings and obviously the same callmanager version and restore the backup there and fetch the required cdr data.
