CUCM 7.1 Autoregistration, Phones rejected

Hallo,

we want to use Autoregistration for many new Phones. We defined a range of DN and enable Autoregistration for the first Server in the CM-Group.

The Phones (7960, 7970) saying registration rejected, the Status-Messages say : XMLDefault.cnf.xml, File not found:SEP00...cnf.xml

What can i do ?

Maybe One of Two Things:

1) Auto-Reg is not on the server the phones are registering to (Subscriber).

2) You are out of licenses.

For kicks, add the phone manually with the MAC and see if it registers then.

You also defined an auto-reg CM group and created a default device pool for auto-registration, correct?

Have you been able to check your license unit report (System->Licensing->License Unit Report)?

Yes, I did it. The subscriber is the first Server of the group. DLU are still enough available.
