CUCM 7.1 phone and user movement

Hi, we are planning to move some phones and users from one CUCM 7.1 cluster to another CUCM 7.1 cluster. Are there ways I can export the selected phone info and user's info, then import into another cluster? Can we export the user's personal directory and AbbrDial info as well?

Hello Leo,

You can achieve that by using Bulk Administration Tool Export and Import.

Under steps 3 to 8 of "Exporting Configuration" you can see what exact data you can export/import.
