CUCM 7.1 Question: Automated reporting with CDR

Hi All

One of our customers is asking for automated CDR reports to be sent to his mail on a monthly basis, I have done the necessary configuration (

Mail Id, Password, Mail Domain, Mail Server Name) along with the schedule, but nothing seems to be imported.

Am I missing something?

Don't know if this will help, but something like this?

Once you define the report you want, it then can be schedule on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to be emailed or FTP'd:
