Hello, 

My client has CUCM System version: 7.1.5.31900-3. He have to change IP address of CUCM. He use IP address as hostname. Should he have to rehost license file after reip?

Version 7 uses the MAC from the Ethernet, so no issues if you don't switch hardware

No, you won't have to do anything as the license is tied to the server directly, changing the settings and affecting the license is only when you're running on a virtual server and it used the license MAC concept.

We only support virtualization on 8.0+, so 7.x has to run on an MCS.
