cucm 8.0 avoide last member to log out of the hunt group

Hello,

i'm installing an cucm 8.0(3a)SU1 cluster and i configured a line group, hunt list and hunt pilot for 2 phones.

the customer wants that there is always at least one line logged in to the line group.

but if both line press the "Hunt group logout" Button both are logged out and caller's get "busy" if they call the hunt pilot number.

the second possible solution would be that if  both are logged out that we redirect the call to another line.

but the callmanager seems to handle the "logged out" lines as "busy lines" and so if i define a "Forward Hunt Busy"-Destination in the Hunt Pilot it works for the "all are logged out" situation, but it also works in the "all busy" situation and this is not acceptable...

any ideas?

To my knowledge, there is no way to do that.

And even if there was, you cannot fornce anyway operators to take calls.

So what you need, is a final destination like a mailbox for when the call is not answered.
