CUCM 8.0 on vmware workstation 9 cannot sync with NTP Server

I installed CUCM 8.0 as Publisher on Vmware workstation and I configure both external and internal NTP server.when i install CUCM 8.0 as subscriber i am not able to continue because error appears "NTP is not accessible on the publisher"

how can i make publisher sync with any NTP server either internal or external?

knowing that i dont have any hardware such as routers,gateways,switch etc...

I am only installing CUCM(pub and sub) on vmware workstation 9 to do some testing related to db replications and small tasks?

Hi

Assuming you are on Windows, you can install an NTP server such as this (

http://www.meinbergglobal.com/english/sw/ntp.htm).

It can sync to web NTP sources or your local computer clock, and then serve NTP to your VMs.

Installing it locally allows even VMs on 'host only' networks to access NTP on the virtual interface in that host only network.
