Hello,
we have a CUCM 8.5.1.14900-5, and we have configured a Cisco IP Phone SPA501G as a Third-party SIP Device (Basic).
The SPA seems to work for basic funcions (make and receive calls, hold/resume, transfer, conference, ...), but no Music On Hold (MOH) is heard on the other phone when we put a call on hold from SPA (the opposite scenario works, i.e. if we put the call on hold from the other phone, we hear MOH on the SPA).
What's wrong? Have we missed some configurations on CUCM and/or on SPA?
