Anyone know how to troubleshoot shared device settings?
Set these and Save. Then go back into the line, check the check boxes and "Propagate selected".
But it does not work. I have to now go to each phone that has that line as a button and update the 5 items above individually.
Have restarted the PUB and will restart the SUB tonight.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen/had this issue.
Running 8.5.1.10000-26.
No other issues are apparent with the system.

Which Browser are you using. I have seen issues with Safari Browser!

Thanks Tapan...I am using IE 10 (On purpose - to see what issues it causes) - and had turned on Compatability mode but that made no difference.
Restarted the SUB today and the propagation of shared settings is now working!

In Future what you can do is try restarting the
DB Layer Monitor Service on the affected node.
